Dr. Breanna Kerr

SENIOR OSTEOPATH

Hailing from South Gippsland, VIC, Brea has a master’s degree in Osteopathy and has completed further post grad training in dry needling, radial shockwave therapy, lower back, shoulders, sporting complaints and injuries.

Having always had an interest in exercise and movement, combined with her love of helping people, Osteopathy was a natural choice for Brea. She is a passionate believer in preventative health care and empowering her patients with the knowledge, tools and care to help them achieve their own health goals. 

Brea enjoys treating a wide range of injuries and complaints from running, lower limb, neck & headaches, having undertaken further training in shoulder related problems. She combines a hands on approach alongside education and exercise rehabilitation, so that you have the tools you need to not only recover, but reach your full potential.

Brea has previously worked alongside the International Canadian 7’s Rugby team, where she focused on the management of sporting injuries and enhancement of sport performance.

Being a keen sports enthusiast, in her spare time Bree enjoys snowboarding, netball & running. Also being a foodie, she is very much looking forward to sampling Cairn’s best eateries so be sure to forward any of your recommendations!

Dr. Dominic Mackie

ASSOCIATE OSTEOPATH

Dominic graduated from Southern Cross University in northern NSW with a BClinSc and MHSc (Osteopathy) and is a certified member of the Australian Osteopathic Association (AOA) and registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency (AHPRA).

Originally hailing from Hobart, Dominic spent a year in Townsville before settling in Cairns with his partner and rescue pup Tilly.

Dominic was originally drawn to osteopathy whilst playing the violin (his other passion!) for up to sometimes 4 hours a day, finding that it was able to help him restore correct movement to his joints and muscles.

Dominic has a very hands on approach to treatment, using a wide combination of direct and indirect techniques, including soft-tissue work, stretching, manipulation and dry needling. Holding special interest in exercise rehabilitation, Dom achieves optimal treatment outcomes for his patients through the prescription of tailored home exercise prescription.

Dr. Hilary Cornish

PRINCIPAL PRACTITIONER

Hilary graduated from Victoria University, Melbourne, with  a BClinSc and MHSc (Osteopathy) and is a certified member of the Australian Osteopathic Association (AOA) and registered with the  Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency (AHPRA)

Hilary is the Practice Manager and principal practitioner for Motion Osteopathy, having worked within the allied health industry for over fourteen years. Originally drawn to osteopathy following a ballet injury that was successfully managed with osteopathic treatment,  Hilary enjoys taking a holistic approach to her treatments, tailoring personalised management plans to her patients, treating the root cause of their pain and not just the symptoms.

Treating a wide array of presenting issues, Hilary holds special interest in pelvic and lumbar presentations including women's health. Her treatment method combines a wide array of techniques both direct (soft tissue, muscle energy and HVLA) and indirect (cranial osteopathy), including exercise-based rehab to achieve optimal outcomes for her patients.

Dr. Nick Prinzi

ASSOCIATE OSTEOPATH

Originating from Melbourne, Vic, Nick completed a Bachelor of Science and Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) at Victoria University.

After suffering from soccer injury as a teenager, Nick has experienced the benefits of osteopathic treatment where his passion for osteopathy and helping people began.

Nick believes in the importance of treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. In addition to employing osteopathic techniques such as soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilization, and muscle energy techniques, he places a strong emphasis on holistic wellness tailoring patient specific management plans to the individual. With a focus on whole-body healing and preventive care, Nick strives to help his patients achieve timely recovery and optimal health.
